Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible spending accounts are optional plans that allow for pre-tax deductions for medical expenses that are not covered by insurance and the pre-tax deduction of dependent care-related expenses.
Employee Assistance Program
TPI offers an employee assistance program that is a voluntary, confidential service providing professional counseling and referral services designed to help you with your personal, job or family issues.
Life Insurance
TPI pays the premiums for life insurance. Employees may participate in optional supplemental life insurance.
Disability Insurance
TPI pays 100 percent of monthly premiums for accidental death and dismemberment, and short-term disability insurance. Employees may participate in optional long-term disability insurance.
Global Travel Assistance
Available on a global basis, global travel assistance provides medical and emergency assistance for employees and their dependents traveling 100 or more miles away from home.
Profit Sharing Plan & 401(k) Contributions
In addition to the profit sharing plan, TPI offers tax-deferred 401(k) and after-tax Roth programs in addition to company contributions.
Training Allowance
Employees receive an annual training allowance for use with registration fees, subscriptions, professional association fees, and travel expenses incurred when attending TPI-approved conferences and/or training seminars.
Paid-Time Off
TPI employees receive paid-time off days each year beginning with their first calendar year of employment.
