General Purpose of Position
The role of the Client Support Services Associate entails supporting TPI’s advisory teams working on global engagements. This position prepares and supports documentation for client engagements across the sourcing life cycle. The candidate is responsible for preparing, consolidating, customizing, standardizing and the quality assurance of engagement documents.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Customize documents and templates for client advisory teams and engagements
- Consolidate various inputs and data to create and modify documents
- Standardize/customize documents to meet the requirements of various industries/practices
- Perform QA on the draft documents to ensure consistency and quality
- Provide administrative support to global engagements in terms of tracking action items from meetings to their closure
Skills and Abilities
The incumbent must have the ability and orientation to work on simple to complex documents with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills, including sentence formation and the writing of formal and professional language
- Highly detail oriented
- High degree of computer literacy — well conversant with MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and the Internet
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and teams
- Confident, proactive and committed to excellence and providing results
- Self motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to deliver as per instructions in a time committed manner
Minimum Education and Experience
- Graduate in any stream
- Two to four years of experience, including at least one year of relevant experience
