General Purpose of Position

The role of the Client Support Services Senior Analyst/Analyst supports TPI’s advisory team in working on global engagements across the sourcing life cycle. The work includes data analysis (structured and unstructured data) and the preparation of client presentations of high quality. This position requires interaction with TPI consultants working with clients across the world as well as directly with clients on an occasional basis.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize existing client data and documents, and extract the information into TPI structure and templates. Example documents include contracts, invoices, statements of work and service levels.
  • Perform data analysis to provide insights to clients and TPI consultants, ascertain inadequacies and inconsistencies in the data, etc.
  • Create high-quality and logically prepared presentations that are presented with structured and unstructured information provided from a variety of sources
  • Support the development of various documents targeted either at clients or service providers
  • Standardize and compile the presentation material based on structure and/or information provided by TPI’s onshore project team
  • Support due-diligence visits, related information and data for the clients
  • Prepare request for proposals (RFP) and similar documents with client data which are data intensive
  • Consolidate questions/issues raised by the RFP, subject-matter experts reviewers/post RFP roll out
  • Draft project plans based on the scope and duration of engagement leveraging standard project plans
  • Support the development of training material, internal knowledge capture material and research group when necessary

The incumbent must have the capability to do the following:

  • Understand and analyze information and documents from different industries and clients to provide insights and prepare presentations
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with client and TPI teams
  • Edit and text adjustment with excellent sentence structuring and formative skills
  • Compile, standardize and customize documents of high standards
  • High degree of computer literacy, well conversant with MS Office and the Internet
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
  • Confident, proactive and committed to excellence and providing results
  • Self motivated and able to work independently and in teams

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Three to six years of experience, including at least two years of relevant experience
