General Purpose of Position

The position of Client Support Services Senior Analyst/Analyst entails supporting TPI’s advisory team in working on global engagements across the sourcing life cycle. The incumbent is responsible for financial modeling and data analysis for various client engagements. The job may, at times, require travel to client locations.

The position requires interaction with TPI consultants working with clients across the world as well as directly with clients occasionally.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis on the financial type data provided by clients and TPI teams working on client engagements such as budgets, costs, variance, IRR, NPV, etc.
  • Provide data-based insights to clients and TPI advisors
  • Build base case and business case for outsourcing or offshoring for client engagements by financial modeling and analysis (mostly Excel based)
  • Analyze the pricing and other commercial terms offered by service providers for normalization and comparison

Skills and Abilities

The incumbent must have the capability to understand specifications and use existing material/client-provided data, and conduct financial and data analysis. In addition, to the above, the candidate should have a broad knowledge of the outsourcing industry.

  • Well conversant with MS Office (in particular MS Excel) and working knowledge of MS Access

Education and Experience

  • M Com/CA Inter/ICWA Inter
  • Two to five years of prior experience (including one year of relevant experience)
  • B Com with more experience can also be considered
