Darren Taylor

Mr. Taylor applies substantial commercial and financial knowledge to sourcing-related initiatives in his role as Director of Financial Analysis & Commercial Structuring, EMEA. Darren specializes in the financial and commercial structuring aspects of sourcing as well as complex consulting transactions across a range of industries. His expertise encompasses Application Development & Maintenance (AD&M) services for onshore, offshore and hybrid engagements; business processes; and information technology (IT) infrastructure. TPI’s clients benefit from his practical expertise in contract negotiation, proposition shaping, service and commercial integration, contract restructurings, investment appraisal, business case and risk management, transaction management and sourcing management.

Prior to joining TPI, Darren served as a Corporate Transaction Services Manager for Accenture. He worked on the financial shaping of sourcing transactions for numerous clients across a wide range of industries and geographies, predominantly in the Financial Services sector, with responsibility for internal and external business cases and investment appraisals. Earlier in his career, Darren worked at Milliken Industrials Limited as a Corporate Accountant.

Darren holds a degree in Business and Management from Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom (U.K.) and is a qualified U.K. accountant.
