As Partner and President of TPI’s operations in EMEA, Duncan brings deep knowledge of global IT and business process outsourcing markets to TPI’s clients. In addition to his comprehensive knowledge of these markets, his experience includes helping corporations increase their revenue growth and market reach through innovative approaches to sales, marketing and new service offerings.
Duncan served as the Head of Global Outsourcing with Capgemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) prior to joining TPI. His position was a culmination of progressively more responsible management roles throughout his 17-year career with the international IT services and consulting firm. In this capacity, he defined and led the firm’s global outsourcing business and oversaw major international transactions. Previously, Duncan was responsible for the United Kingdom outsourcing business, which he ran for the three years that spanned Capgemini’s merger with Ernst & Young.
A business graduate, Duncan worked outside the IT industry — first in insurance and then in commercial property — before joining CGEY (then Hoskyns) as a marketing executive responsible for communications, promotions and public relations.
