Edward L. "Ed" Glotzbach

Ed Glotzbach brings business operating and financial experience as well as significant knowledge of the IT industry to his role as Vice Chairman of ISG.
Ed joined TPI in late 2003 after retiring from SBC, with his original focus the recapitalization of TPI. When that effort successfully concluded in mid-2004, Ed became the company’s president.
Prior to assuming his role at TPI, Ed served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for SBC Communications. He was responsible for corporate information technology functions, including applications development and maintenance, data center operations, desktop and infrastructure issues, and other shared services functions such as billing and real estate. He gained an understanding of all sourcing options and the financial aspects of each while participating in outsourcing, internal service optimization and self-sourcing engagements. Preceding his CIO position, Ed served as President of SBC Services and as CFO and Treasurer for Southwestern Bell Telephone. His career took him through a number of positions with AT&T and Bellcore in addition to the posts at SBC and Southwestern Bell.
During his career at SBC, Ed participated in the merger and acquisition activities undertaken by the company in the merger consolidations of the telecommunications industry, overseeing the formation of merger teams and information technology and shared service operational entities that resulted from the combination of multiple companies.
Ed is Chairman of the Board of the Washburn University Endowment Association and sits on the Executive Committee of the Greater St. Louis Boy Scouts. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for The Laclede Group in St. Louis.
