In her role as Vice President Global Human Resources, Ms. Preston is the central figure in TPI’s strategic and operational Human Resources (HR) processes — assessing, creating, planning, organizing and executing TPI’s HR activities in the United States and globally. She provides leadership direction to multiple functional areas, including both internal and external sourcing.
Martha held executive leadership positions with Arthur Andersen, BSG Consulting and Accenture prior to joining TPI. At Accenture, she was responsible for all aspects of resource management for a 1,200-employee business unit that comprised consulting, services and solutions workforces. She also developed and implemented HR programs and processes to achieve Accenture’s strategies and business unit objectives.
