Mr. Buscher, Partner and Managing Director CIO Services, EMEA, offers TPI’s clients expertise in all aspects of the evaluation, negotiation and implementation of information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO).
John was responsible for establishing TPI Europe in 1999 and has significant international experience in Europe and North America supporting multiple Global 100 companies. He has led numerous assessments and transactions supporting the efforts of leading global corporations to increase efficiency and reduce cost. John’s clients benefit from his project management and leadership skills and his extensive knowledge in developing requests for proposals; evaluating service provider proposals; bidding, defining and negotiating new services, and negotiating and renegotiating contracts. John is responsible for the development of TPI EMEA’s IT service offerings and associated methodologies, industry relations, and marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining TPI, John spent 14 years in leadership and management positions with EDS and Perot Systems. In his last role as a Business Development Manager, he was responsible for needs assessment, problem solving, proposal development for applications development and maintenance and infrastructure, and financial analysis and costing. He has worked on multiple sourcing transactions across a number of vertical market sectors that included transition and transformation management and global service delivery management.
