Mr. Sparks uses his comprehensive commercial and business leadership experience to assist TPI’s clients in sourcing and new business activities. Roger has extensive experience in the commercial and financial aspects of contract preparation, negotiations and proposal evaluation across a range of transaction types that include Pan-European and global outsourcing projects. He has gained experience in all aspects of the sourcing process while working on a wide variety of projects in a number of different industries.
Roger worked with Computer Sciences Corporation for five years, as the Pricing Manager for its European Business Development group, before joining TPI. He also led project financial teams in Benelux, France, Germany, Scandinavia, South Africa and the United Kingdom, working on sourcing projects for clients that included ASDA, Alcatel, Belgian Ministry of Finance, British Airways Engineering, British Nuclear Fuels GEC Marconi, Galaries Lafayette, General Motors, Hartmann and Braun, a worldwide provider of integrated capital markets and advisory solutions, Old Mutual, Rolls Royce Aerospace, the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense, the United Kingdom Department of Social Security and Volvo.
