An accomplished information technology professional, Mr. Janci advises TPI’s clients on aspects of their service alternatives in his role as Partner and Managing Director of TPI's Automotive Vertical. Ron provides expertise in contract and service provider management, technology evaluation, acquisition, financing, strategy, selection, voice and data telecommunications networks, desktop support and disaster recovery program development.
Prior to joining TPI, Ron worked as a Director of Technology Infrastructure at LTV Steel Company. As a key member of the evaluation and negotiation team, he developed and implemented an information technology outsourcing project for the entire Information Systems Group using a best-of-breed solution. He has served as both a contractor and subcontractor with responsibilities for major data center consolidations.
