Ms. Collins is a Partner and Managing Director of CHRO Services in North America. She provides clients with support throughout the HR outsourcing lifecycle by offering strategy and expert advisory services in sourcing assessment, service provider selection, engagement, implementation and ongoing service provider management. Rosemary is responsible for ensuring that TPI’s clients receive the most comprehensive advisory services available. In addition, Rosemary manages a team of advisors and has overall responsibility for the HR practice’s entire suite of intellectual property, including the consulting tools and templates used in providing services to clients.
Rosemary is among the most experienced advisors in the HR sourcing industry, having participated in more than 100 client assignments for more than 40 organizations. She managed several of the most complex HR multifunction outsourcing engagements that were implemented in the industry, including working directly with the provider community to develop unique global solutions for several clients. She is able to combine her deep HR technology expertise with 15 years of HR management experience and nearly 10 years in the HR sourcing industry to help clients develop uniquely effective HR sourcing strategies.
Prior to joining TPI, Rosemary worked as a Director of Planning and Technology for one of the largest global nonprofit humanitarian aid agencies. She developed the organization’s operations strategy for HR, payroll, defined benefit, defined contribution, and health and welfare administration. Rosemary also held the position of Director, Client Services, at an outsourcing provider, where she managed a team of analysts and developers and created the strategy, development and implementation of a defined benefit administration and pension payroll system for a global energy company.
Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Services from Northern Illinois University. In addition, she has spent the past 10 years as an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the International Association for Human Resource Information.
