Stefan Olowwson

Based in Sweden, Mr. Olowsson brings extensive experience in a wide range of information technology (IT) disciplines to TPI’s clients. His knowledge is particularly focused in the area of program management in sourcing transactions, including transitions, implementation of service delivery frameworks, launches of large-scale programs, project reviews and quality assurance. Stefan’s expertise also includes designing and implementing new lean and efficient IT organizations.
Prior to joining TPI, Stefan was a partner with Capstan Sourcing Management, where he provided counsel and advice to clients about setting up structured IT organizations and managing effective outsourcing processes. As a Vice President at Tieto Enator/Kommundata, he was responsible for managing all transitions of acquired companies and IT departments. He also worked as Vice President and Regional Client Delivery Executive for the Northern Europe region of EDS, where he managed the transition of new contracts into that business’s global delivery model/organization. At Capgemini, he was deeply involved for 15 years in applications development; his final position there was as Vice President for the Nordic organization.
Stefan holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University (Sweden).
