Results

  • • When TPI joined the negotiations, the company had already received proposals from three service providers. TPI compared the financial bids with the baseline costs (i.e., global, in-scope services and retained costs) and prepared a resource baseline for a base year. This was presented to the service providers with a response deadline at which time subsequent meetings were set with all three service providers to discuss bids. Through these meetings, TPI was able to bring clarity concerning pricing and the service provider's proposals, enabling the telecommunications company to make a more informed decision.
