  • Through careful negotiations, the team reworked the existing contractual language and incorporated all elements of the TPI methodology in the new agreement.
  • TPI's ability to perform a Mark-to-Market assessment, knowledge of the current market practices for terms and conditions, and the establishment of a baseline price enabled the client to renegotiate their existing agreement at a more favorable price that was fair to all parties.
