  • TPI developed an assessment report for future reference, customized data collection templates to facilitate analysis, and developed a quantified service level data collection template to determine which service levels were important. TPI's report clarified sourcing opportunities and potential financial savings. TPI also facilitated the collection of service levels and defined a project to collect the data over time. .
