Sourcing Leadership Exchange (SLE)
TPI hosts semiannual Sourcing Leadership Exchanges, or SLEs — global conferences that facilitate collaborative learning, networking and sharing of best practices among sourcing executives in a confidential environment. These events have been held since 1998 and bring together the executives who are most accomplished at successful implementation of outsourcing strategies.
TPI's SLE conferences are exclusively for corporate executives who use sourcing as a significant part of their business strategies. Membership, which is by invitation only, allows executives to confidentially share ideas and information about their sourcing relationships.
We designed the SLE from the sourcing executive's point of view. The program's primary objectives are to develop sourcing executive's skills and to provide them with the resources and support they need to be successful, both today and for the long term.
We anticipate an increased demand for sourcing professionals, as companies promote these personnel, source additional functions and experience turnover. TPI operates the SLE program, in part, to help corporations meet this need.
