New Partners Take on Leadership Roles in the Global Financial Services and Information Technology Practices
HOUSTON, January 15, 2007 - TPI, the world’s leading advisor to global corporations on all facets of service strategies for business support operations, today announced the promotion of Alan Hanson, Tony Rawlinson and Elesh Khakhar to the level of partner. Hanson and Rawlinson are part of the firm’s global financial services advisory services practice, and their new role will begin immediately. Khakhar will step into his new position in the information technology advisory services practice, having been a invaluable asset to the team for a number of years.

Alan Hanson has more than 20 years of experience in contract development and negotiation for business process outsourcing (BPO) transactions as well as acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and equity investments. Alan is expert at the development of creative operating models for financial services operations, and the application of techniques for productivity improvements to banking and insurance enterprises. Prior to joining TPI, he served as Corporate Business Development/Business Process Outsourcing Director at BearingPoint, Inc., where he was responsible for BPO advisory services, BPO provider services, and other large scale alternative revenue engagements.
Tony Rawlinson has risen through the ranks at TPI and has brought with him a wealth of BPO, IT outsourcing (ITO) and global service delivery experience. Tony has played an intricate role in providing strategic insight and counsel for several large and challenging client situations, including ING, which is now the firm’s third largest client. Prior to joining TPI, Tony was an EDS Client Executive in the United Kingdom and Ireland. He effectively managed client relationships, renegotiated contracts and led the development of a new strategic operating model with fresh approaches to data capture and global service delivery processing.
Elesh Khakhar’s experience spans both Europe and North America where he has led a number of teams delivering infrastructure services. He also has significant expertise in application development and maintenance (ADM) management and integration services both for leading service providers and in-house organizations. Elesh has led several complex engagements with TPI including, Bombardier, Volvo, and server other global organizations. Before joining TPI, Elesh worked for Halifax, delivering infrastructure services for the Wholesale Banking Division, Computer Sciences Corporation, JPMorgan, and Sun Microsystems.
