TPI Receives Accolades from HROA for Worldwide Contributions to the Human Resources Outsourcing Industry

  • TPI remains steadfast in its global commitment to further innovate human resources outsourcing

HOUSTON, December 9, 2008 – TPI, the largest sourcing data and advisory firm in the world and a unit of Information Services Group Inc. (ISG) (NASDAQ:III, IIIIU, IIIIW), a leader in the information-based services industry, recently received recognitions for it’s leadership and distinguished contributions to the human resource outsourcing (HRO) industry from one of the industry’s leading organizations.

For its contribution to standards and practices and benchmarking initiatives, the HROA bestowed TPI with two awards. The Innovative Contributions award, presented at the HRO World Europe conference in Brussels, Belgium on November 20, 2008, recognized the firm’s contribution to HROA’s Benchmarking and Standards and Practices initiative and highlighted TPI’s contribution to the industry that have materially improved the state and practice of HR Transformation and Outsourcing.

Additionally, at HRO Summit on October 22, 2008, in Tampa, Florida, Rosemary Collins, Partner and Managing Director, CHRO Services North America, TPI, accepted the Respected Organization award, provided by HROA and HRO Buyers Group in recognition of the firm’s hands-on, practical approach, its breadth of services and deep level of experience in the field of HRO.

Sarah Seabury, Director with TPI, accepted the Innovative Contributions Award on behalf of TPI EMEA and acknowledged the company’s appreciation, “TPI has been a long-time supporter of HROA, as it is the largest and most dedicated community committed to HR transformation. We are honored to have received this award, and to have been given the opportunity to participate in the HROA’s Research & Standards Committee, as well as provide the use of TPI’s Mark-to-MarketSM database to help establish the HROA Benchmark. We look forward to a long relationship with HROA.”

In addition, TPI has also been making strides on an individual level as Associate Partner Debora Card was awarded the Honored Colleague award at the HRO Summit in Tampa, Florida. The HROA recognized her promotion of greater standardization and transparency in the market, which has served to accelerate growth and maturation within the industry. Debora was a leader in guiding the HROA’s creation of industry practices for pricing methodology and service level agreements, which were published as HROA Recommended PracticesTM earlier in 2008 and is currently involved in the research initiative to quantify business value metrics.

“TPI is committed to the advancement of HRO across the globe, and we are pleased to work side by side with the HROA to achieve our common goals for the industry,” said Rosemary Collins. “As indicated by the HROA awards, the experience, knowledge and quality of service provided by our global HRO advisers are truly one of a kind.”
