TPI offers training to service providers on M-STEP, our transaction methodology, including the Executive Alignment Sessions and Mutual Value Discovery collaboration sessions.
Service Provider Benefits
Through the training, you will have the opportunity to improve your skills, develop a consistent body of knowledge and improve your effectiveness in responding to clients during the sourcing transaction process. This will help reduce costs and shorten the transaction process. Additionally, you will find that you become more effective as a larger number of your employees learn the process and apply it consistently. As a result, you will be able to give more focus to developing creative business solutions and presenting your best value proposition.
Course Offerings
The Computer Based Training (CBT) course provides a firm foundation and introduction to the sourcing transaction process and TPI methodology with reference documents such as RFPs and pricing forms. You may load this course on individual PCs or make it available through your internal network servers. We provide periodic updates to the CBT course as part of the licensing fee.
One-Day Seminar
The one-day training seminar allows your employees to interact with experienced TPI personnel. The training seminar complements the CBT course and is only offered to service provider employees who have completed the CBT training. We suggest limiting the number of attendees to 40.
